PIZZA NIGHT LIABILITY WAIVER & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By purchasing tickets for and attending a Pizza Night event at Whispering Willow

Farm, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in events and activities held at Whispering Willow

Farm involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage, or

other unforeseen incidents. These risks may include, but are not limited to, uneven

ground, outdoor terrain, weather conditions, farm equipment, open fires, food

preparation areas, insects, animals, allergens, and general participation in outdoor

farm activities.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Pizza Night events and activities

at Whispering Willow Farm, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance

for myself and all minor children or guests included in my ticket purchase.

I certify that I and all members of my party are participating voluntarily and are

physically able to safely participate in the activities associated with this event. I

understand that Whispering Willow Farm is a working farm and that caution must

be exercised at all times.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Whispering Willow Farm, its owners,

employees, volunteers, affiliates, contractors, representatives, and event staff from

any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising

out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, allergic reaction, or damage that may

occur while attending or participating in Pizza Night events at Whispering Willow

Farm.This waiver includes, but is not limited to:

Participation in outdoor dining and activities

Consumption of food and beverages

Walking throughout the farm property

Interaction with farm structures, equipment, gardens, or animals

Participation in activities before, during, or after the event

I understand that Whispering Willow Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or

damaged personal property.

This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or intentional

misconduct by Whispering Willow Farm.

By completing my ticket purchase and checking the waiver acknowledgment box

I am at least 18 years of age or the parent/legal guardian of participating

minors

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CONSENT

By purchasing tickets online and selecting the acknowledgment checkbox, I

understand that my electronic acceptance of this agreement constitutes a legally

binding signature.
